Hey people...

I just saw this news on Yahoo... http://sg.news.yahoo.com/should-schools-be-allowed-to-cut-the-hair-of-its-pupils-.html, and I totally LOLed...

Anyway, it's about this mother who got upset about the school cutting her child's hair because it was too long, and asking about the school's authority to do so...

Like seriously?? The kid wasn't even injured or something... This is the reason why children nowadays are such rude brats who think they can do anything and is the centre of the world... There is apparently a reason for such a thing to happen... Ever heard of respecting authority... Are you not teaching kids how to challenge authority?? "Oh... I don't want to do this teacher... What you wanna punish me?? Go speak with my mother..." And you expect the schools to educate your child when you don't allow them to...

Seriously these overprotective mothers should get themselves a reality check while checking out their wrinkles... This is totally why teachers are not getting the respect that they should get... Then how do you expect them to conduct classes and teach your children if every little thing they do such as teaching your kid to follow rules get complained... Like come on... It's just hair... Your school is starting, your hair is long... Your better get your haircut, and to the required standards... Isn't that simple logic?? What?? Your child's hair is not nicely cut?? They are teachers not hairdressers mind you... That's why they teach, and it is their responsibility to do so... What you are doing is just stopping them from doing what they are paid to do... Then you complain that they are not doing their job... And if they are going to give him a good haircut then what kind of punishment is that...

Please it's just hair... It will grow and then you can have a decent haircut again... Besides you can always bring your kid to the hairdresser to get the patches rectified...

Seriously.... What's wrong with people nowadays... No wonder the world is ending...

Hey people...

So school started on Monday... Haiz... Anyway, wasn't all that bad haha... Got into this class alone... NOOOO!!!! Actually it isn't that bad... Just that I need to find someone to group with for my term paper... Which totally sucks for someone who is anti-social like yours sincerely... Dammit!!!

Hope I can find some other loner to pair with haha... And hopefully just hopefully he is a clever person... haha... Then maybe just maybe I might be able to get at least a B for the module cause it seems like a pretty crazy module... But it's interesting... Like star-gazing in Malaysia??? OMG!!! Isn't that like ultra cool??? haha...

Oh wells... Went to work today... First time I stayed in the office for one whole day.... Didn't know making calls can be this tiring... haha... I NEED MONEY!!! Anyway, went to Funan to try and get my signature pad... Walked around but didn't really see any... So asked around and this guy told me to go to Sim Lim... And so I went... But.......... THERE IS NO PAD!!!! :(

So I still don't have my pad, and I wasted like 2 hours... Someone please kill me for my stupidity... Oh and my Ipod stopped working!!!! NOOOO!!! I need my Ipod... Like it suddenly stopped syncing I don't know why... Urgh what an irritating day... Dammit!!!

Hey ya'll people!!!

Haha... Did you guys miss me???? haha... Guess not...

Anyway HAPPY 2012!!!! Hopefully the world won't end just yet cause I haven't enjoyed life enough... haha... Can't believe I haven't updated this place for such a long time... Like seriously busy these days... AND SCHOOL IS STARTING TOMORROW!!!! WHY!!!! T.T

Oh wells... Back from Korea on the 20th haha... Was fun... Wow!!! Just realised that there's a new interface for blogger... LOL!!! Ok that was random... Anyway, back to the topic... So, made some kimchi, went skiing, saw it snowing in Jeju Island, and had steamboat and grill for lunch and dinner everyday.... haha... Well, it was fun, and a first experience of winter in my 22 years of life... wahahaha... Cool...

Been busy with work these days though... Sent my laptop for repair since 23/12 and haven't get it back yet... Seriously?!?!?? It's been 2 freaking weeks and I've been using my really lousy desktop these days and it's driving me crazy!!! RAR!!!! Anyway, called them and they told me it will be back coming Monday... What lousy service... Grrr....

The post was about this Chinese boy and his friend who went to work on New Year's eve with a group of Bangladeshi worker to shift road barricades and regulate traffic as it would be chaotic, and how people were looking at them and looking down at these workers...

I personally feel that this post is quite interesting, and gave it some thought... Firstly, I must say that it is indeed true that Singaporeans look down at these foreign workers... Children have long since been taught that if you don't study well, you will one day be a construction worker, or road sweeper, or rubbish collector and whatnot... These were not only taught by parents, but also in schools, and everywhere you go, you may be able to catch some one telling their kids these things...

So seriously what is so undesirable about these people... Maybe because they are smelly, or because they are of a different country, different culture or that they can't assimilate into the country or whatever reasons that there is... People often complain about these people, like their dormitories are too close to my house, or they are dangerous, or that they hold hands with each other, or they litter and make a rackus, etc etc...

But are they??? Are they so different from us?? Are they also not people who just want to make a living?? Are they not trying to make their loved ones lives better?? Are they not contributing to our society?? Are they not doing a decent job?? If not then why do we shun them so much... We often stereotype people... Just because we think that the jobs they do are for the uneducated and filthy and that they are smelly and whatever, we look down on them... These days it is a topic about Singapore being divided by elitism, where the people are divided into the elites and common people... But I think the classification should be elites, common people, and these foreign workers...

Often, you see people treating them as if they are filth and complain that too many of them are entering the country and stealing our jobs... But seriously, what jobs are they stealing from us... Construction jobs?? Road sweeping jobs?? Traffic directing jobs?? These jobs which no Singaporeans want to do cause it is for the "uneducated" and "uncouth"?? Come on people... It's time for a reality check.. They are not stealing our jobs... They are merely doing what we don't want to do... And what are we going to do without them... Will our flats build themselves?? Will our offices build themselves?? Would the rubbish you throw on the ground inconsiderately pick themselves up and go into the bins themselves?? Would the rubbish bins empty themselves?? NO!!!

So are they not doing something for us that we ourselves don't want to do?? They too are doing honourable jobs... They too deserve respect... Have you ever seen them working in the construction sites, climbing up and down, risking their lives to try to make our modern city what it has become... Instead of belittling these people, I think we should thank them instead... We often blame people of being elitist and feel that we are being looked down at... But are we also not looking down at these people at the same time thinking that we are more superior??

Just put ourselves in their shoes... How would we feel if we were discriminated against while risking our lives, working in a foreign country alone where we do not understand anything, just to make ends meet at home, and provide a better life for our families who are living in poverty... Then we are being treated like dirt... Or even worst, cheated of all our savings and stranded, having to live in overcrowded places that are unhygienic and being heavilyt in debt...

Therefore, I feel it's time we get down from our high horses and give these people the respect and thanks that they deserve...

Hey people!!!

Haven't been blogging for awhile... Finished exams last Wednesday... Like finally!!!! haha... Exams was killing me... Think died for Genetics... Others should be alright I guess... Hopefully I don't get anything below B... But.... Haiz....

Anyway, Just finished the 5 days course in Prudential... Waiting for my RNF code now then can start selling... Wee~~ haha... Finally... This had been dragging on for awhile now... Think Vanessa was on the verge of killing me already haha... The course was not bad... Learnt a lot... Also made some friends... haha... But had to talk a lot which I don't like!!!! Grrrr!!!! Oh wells...

Going to Korea soon... Flying on 13th and coming back on 20th...

Going to start understudying Sharon later... haha... Hopefully everything's going to be fine and nothing weird will happen... And also I won't do stupid things and make weird mistakes... And hopefully the people I meet will be nice haha... Guess have to handle rejections already haha... And get out of the comfort zone...

Been really busy lately... Projects and projects and projects... Never ending deadlines... It's Deepavali today... Yey!!! Wishing all Hindus a Happy Deepavali... Well though it's a public holiday, it's not cause for celebration for me... Cause since recess week its been working non-stop all the way... School sucks!!!

Exams are coming too!!! OMG!!! I am so lagging behind... Think I'm going to die in my first semester already... RAR!!! Think out of all my year 1 friends I have the most projects... Anyway, after the exams its HOLIDAY!!!! Can't wait!!! Hai.. But before that will be hell...

MIDTERM IS OVER!!!! WEEE~~~~~~

Oh well... But I still have a test on next Wednesday, one essay due on 14Oct, one on 24Oct which I haven't even started, and one 2 weeks later... STRESS X 1000000!!!!!!!

Anyway, it's e-learning week for my faculty this week... But sadly I still have to go to school everyday for modules of other faculties... Haiz... And with my endless deadlines it's not much rest for me... Even my entire recess week is used doing project.... ARGH!!!! Holidays where are you... Why are you taking your own sweet time... Please double up....

Oh wells so that's basically what's happening in my life now... Study, project, cca, home... And the cycle goes on and on...

I WANT MY HOLIDAYS!!!!! T.T

Seems like I am the only person maintaining a blog nowadays haha... Went through my friends' blogs just now... And out of all of them only like 1 is updated... Others were either deleted or made private or not updated since eons ago... Haiz...

Actually, don't know how I can keep this blog up and going for so long... Even when I don't really get much readers... Like only the blogwalkers come so I will click on their blogs and they get paid... Of cause not forgetting some friends haha... Oh wells... Didn't really tell people about my blog anyway... It's something private... :P I don't really want people to know so much about me haha... Unless they somehow accidentally chance upon this blog... LOL!!! It happened once... Don't know why really... Only people who I think am really close maybe I will tell them about this... But don't really know such people around...

Think most people start blogs to get readership and attention... Update friends about their lives and what is going on... Well... Guess for me it's different... This is more like a place for me to rant and vent and to document some events that I think might be worth documenting haha... Read my past updates occasionally... Those nice memories haha... Helps me remember what happened at each stage of my life and what really bothers me... And sets me thinking whether the problems are still bothering me or are they resolved... Guess it's good to look back every once in a while to see how much you have grown and also laugh at your own stupidity sometimes... LOL!!!

Anyway, been reading and watching films for the stupid film analysis project and it's like a time blackhole... Sucking up all my time... Grrr... Plus my midterm is coming RAR!!!! No time to study at all... Haiz... Can someone extend a day's timing... Maybe 48 hours a day will be enough haha... Of cause school days will be 24 hours... :P

RECESS WEEK IS HERE!!!!! YESSSSS!!!!

Anyway, nothing to be happy about cause midterms are around the corner, and my never ending projects are killing me... Haiz...

Did nothing much on Monday... Had karate practice in the evening at the Japanese Primary School... Was late... haha... Like I was only early twice for pracices... On the orientation day, and the other practice... Anyway, cause it was grading day, so kinda started very on time... Rushed to change and then went for the Kihon practice... Kihon means basics, so it's just the normal kicking and punching the air... Abit stupid, but that's how it works...

After one hour of basics, was break, and then the real show is here... The grading!!! haha... Though I am not graded this time round, stayed to watch how it's conducted... First the different belts are asked to do their Kata... Which is the pattern, or a set of movements which will be graded... Different colour belts will have different Kata... The higher it is, the more complicated... Anyway, after the Kata was Sumite, which is the most exciting, cause it's sparring!!!

Saw the seniors spar against each other... Haha... Quite nice!!! Especially as it gets more advanced... Kinda enjoyed watching the grading haha... Even the kata segment, cause it's like so cool... Really like those kungfu movies... When they move there is this clothe sound... haha...

Anyway, there was school yesterday... Like wth... It's RECESS WEEK!!!! Why is there school... :( Anyway, went to school early to get my films for my film analysis project which I have no ides how to even start... Argh!!!! Went to the library and found that I don't have enough time to watch them before my lecture.. So in the end, did my IT project instead...

Then after lesson went to meet Linyong, Aravin, Berwin, Sijie, Ronald and Joseph for dinner at NEX... Went to this Japanese restaurant that sells ramen... Not very nice haha... After that went to Macdonald's and tried the Horlick Mcflurry... And it's NICE!!!! haha... After that went to watch Contagion... Quite a boring movie about what will happens if there is a pandemic that is completely new...

Non-science people probably won't like that show much, but it really shows the implications and how people's selfish interests can actually surface in such difficult times... And also how people can actually be selfless... Think it very nicely depicts the self centered nature of people and how personal interests prevails, and the difference treating of people according to the amount of power and money you have... Quite a philosophical movie if you ask me... Think it's quite nice for me... haha... Though my friends think it's a waste of money... You have to dwell deeper to really understand the movie I guess...

Alone in the library now...

Hai... So sian... Been reading my readings for an hour... Wanted to go borrow the films for my essay... But it's like freaking in the central library while my next lesson is in science... So in the end came to the science library instead since I'm already here... Wow... Suddenly a lot of people walking around... So no privacy... Tsk...

Anyway, thought would be able to find my OG people at the usual place that we gather during breaks... Usually I won't see them on Wednesdays, but since my lecture was cancelled, I thought I would go and see them, since they are always there at the time, and some complains that I don't see them often... But alas... They were not there the entire time I was having lunch...

Saw one of them walking somewhere... Guess I wasn't informed of their tracks... Oh wells... Not really close to them anyway... Firstly, majority of them are not even from my major... Like more than half are from math... And then, of the few people from life sciences, we are split into 2 groups due to our modules... And it doesn't help that my timetable is so different from theirs cause I have to take the Chemistry bridging, and so most core modules I don't take also...

It's not like I don't want to meet them... It's just that it's so awkward... Firstly, I don't really have anything to say to them... Like I don't know... It's like there is this invisible wall separating us... I can't seem to get into their conversations... And ou sense of humour are like worlds apart... Maybe that's the difference between poly and JC students... I don't know...

And also it's like when I'm with them, I can feel this rejection kind of atmosphere... They would group together and talk and I will just be alone... It's also not helping that I am such an anti-social... But I tired... I'm just dejected with this... Maybe it's cause I don't see them often, but it's not like I don't want to me them... I simply just can't... Even those people that are in the same core group as me, they just mingle with their JC friends, and I am always left alone...

So much for going to the orientation... The promises of being able to make friends, and go study together and all... What rubbish... I must be too naive... So now, I am still alone, going for lectures, tutorials and breaks... Being the solitary loner that I always have been... Just that it's so much more accentuated now... At last the other people do have friends in NTU... Albeit being from different faculties and majors, they are still able to meet up during breaks, do some catching up, have their little gossips and complaints, and maybe studying together and being able to ask questions if in doubt, and generally just have people who are genuinely concerned about you around...

In such a hostile and competitive environment, being alone... Thrown into a world of lecturers talking in alien languages, and tons of assignments that you don't know what you are doing... I think at least having someone you can trust around can make a very big difference... Was complaining when I saw my friend from NTU posting about how difficult it is in NTU and he tagged everyone he knows from NTU... And then people giving words of encouragements... But when I commented about how it's like to be alone here, he said who ask you go to NUS...

What a discrimination even among friends... What am I to say??? I am the one that made the choice, and I am living the consequence now... Having no one to rely on in school... Sometimes I just feel lost... And truth be told I am still now... With the amount of workload... Hai...

One hour and fifteen minutes more to my lecture... Shall be sitting alone in the corner of the LT... Till then shall rot here... Just needed some place to rant...

Hey people...

Went to the ORD dinner with BMT mates on 090911... haha... Oh wells, People ORD, I still disruptee... RAR!!! Sian... Anyway, congrats to all who ORDed haha... My turn will come soon... Next year... Haiz...

Anyway, went to meet them at Liang Court at 7 plus haha... Met Linyong at Clarke Quay MRT first, then we didn't know how to go haha... So lame... Nearly got lost in Clarke Quay... OMG so diu lian can... haha... Well, found our way in the end... At first said meet at Tampopo, but in the end when we reached they were waiting at Saizeria... It's an Italian restaurant... Cause of the number of people, waited for quite awhile... Saw so may people that I haven't seen in ages... People who were there were Mu Cheng, Qi Xian, Wei Yuan, Norvin, Poh Teck, Jason, Nigel, Hong Yi, Zhen Kai, Jonathan, Jian Xuan, Senthil, Jared, Kelvin, Gofford and Linyong hahaha... Anyway, had the seafood pasta and it sucked alot... haha... Like the seafood smell is damn strong... So it's quite smelly.. Regrets... But drinks are free flow though haha...

After eating talked for awhile, then some wanted to go drink... So went with them... At first wanted to go to Brewerkz, but was told have to wait for one hour... So went off after some discussion... Heard Gavin's friend is the owner of this place called Toxic in Boat Quay, so went over... It's like tucked away in this inconspicuous corner... And it looked really suspicious... So in the end sat there and waited for Gavin to come... While waiting saw Zhao Zhi from the opposite place... So he came over to chit chat cause he said his friends were trying to make him puke... LOL!!! After Gavin came with his girlfriend, went to this place called Archipelago... So sat there... They opened 2 bottles of Chivas... Had around one cup haha... Sorry I'm not a drinker...

Sat there till 1.30am... Some were quite seh after that... Especially Gavin and his two friends... And they were still going to Zirca... Don't know how they survived there... LOL!!! Then took cab with Linyong, Zhen Kai and Jonathan home... Quite fun... haha... Hope to meet up with them again some other time...

Ok that's all for now then... Haiz... School's being an ultra bitch nowadays... I feel like dying... Shall leave this to some other time then... Till then see ya... :)

Hey people...

Just got my new laptop... haha... Got it from Comex on Friday with Chun Yong... Anyway, went to meet him at 3pm after school at Cityhall... Then walked to Suntec City for the IT fair... Walked for like 4 hours before deciding to buy the laptop... Its a Lenovo at $999 haha... Cheap right... Felt happy at first, but now I feel cheated... :( Haiz... Oh wells anyways it bought...

Went again on Saturday to get my laptop bag and anti virus... Since my bag is also spoilt, got a bag also... Cause it was buy a bag and get the laptop bag free... And the laptop bag is like $39 if you buy it alone, so might as well... Met Ronald at Suntec at around 5+ I think... Then went to the IT fair... Walked around, and then went to West Coast Plaza to get my singlet from bodynits... Boy shops close freaking early... By 9.30pm, 95% of the shops already have their shuttles down... Like wth right... Even the F&B places... Like wth... Wells, reached home at around 11.30pm then went to bathe and all and slept at 12.30am

Then woke up at 3.45am to get ready for Army Half Marathon!!!! haha... Took part in the 21km run... In the end started late cause of the stupid traffic congestion... Grrr... So started running like 5 minutes later I think.... The timing when I got back was 1hr54min haha... Not bad I must say... :)

Sat around to rest, and also to do stretching... Saw Yi Rui after picking up my bag from the bag deposit... So went to the 23SA place to see the others with him... Saw Phor Hong, Tecky, Terrence, Lewis and Jinhao... And Phor Hong's name was spelled wrongly on his bib... haha... It was Phoa Hong... Saded... After talking for awhile, went to Funan to change and have breakfast at Yakun with Lewis and Jinhao... Nice catching up haha... Realised didn't bring underwear when changing... What an idiot I am... So in the end still wearing the wet and sweaty underwear... haha... Kinda gross, but what to do???

After the breakfast, went home... Rested for awhile then started to do school work... Then went to meet Ronald at AMK hub... Went to the library to apply for the digital membership and also to make my new membership card... Then went home after walking around...

Anyway school now is a complete mess... Haiz... I don't even know what to do... There is too much to do and too little time... :( I am overwhelmed by projects, tutorials and tests... RAR!!! Haiz... Feel like dying... So tired...

Hey people...

Well, I have signed up for the Rotaract club as my CCA for uni... haha.. Anyway, for all you peeps who don't know what Rotaract is, it means Rotary in action... Rotary club is an international volunteering club, and what we do is to help people in community projects haha...

Well, went for their orientation on saturday... Went to NUS at 9am to meet, and then went to the Red Cross Home for the Disabled... Went there to entertain the people... haha... We were broken into 4 groups, 1 group to interact with the patients by reading books and playing with them, and then 1 group to help push the patients on wheelchair around, and another 2 groups to sing for the patients... Well, I'm in the singing group haha...

So went to each of their bed to sing for them... After alot of singing, it was their lunch time at 12pm... So went to feed the patients... As red cross home is for the severely disabled, they mostly don't speak very well, and also move very well... Most are wheelchair or bed bound, and so can't eat by themselves... Some even have their hands and legs tied to the bed frame so that they don't injure themselves, and some are not conscious about what's happening around them...

Anyway, after feeding them get to know 2 patients... One is auntie Agnes... She likes Teresa Teng's songs and can sing two of them as well... She even have an album released haha... So in the end we sang Teresa's song for her like alot of times haha... And then there is also this patient called Chris... He can accurately tell you what day is a date... So you can tell him any date and he tells you the day... Cool right???

Got to know some people too... Most of the people in my group is like not in year 1... Like -.- right??? I know... Well anyway, they are nice people haha... After that, went to this hawker center for lunch, and then went to this block of one room flats at Queenstown to help the old people dye their hair for free... Like then and there haha... So my group was in charge of 4 levels... Well, went to knock each door... And I mean knock... Cause these people can't afford doorbells... So, went to knock each door and ask if anyone wants their hair dyed for free... And the dye is sponsored by loreal haha... Anyway, only 2 uncles let us dye their hair... Well, if it's me I wouldn't let some unknown stranger dye my hair in the corridor too haha...

Well, since we didn't know how to dye hair, we had the girls to help us haha... In the end our first "customer" came out showed off to his neighbors... Apparently he had 2 patches of white cause they didn't dye properly haha... Oops... And his neighbors laughed at him... Gosh so bad... So he came and told us... But I checked and didn't see the white, so I told him don't have haha... Oops again...

Anyway, it was quite a fun day... But it was freaking tiring... Especially in the disabled home, cause it just is haha... Oh wells... Gotta go and sleep now... Have school tomorrow... And school is seriously just being a bitch... Shall talk about that another time... So nights people... Bye bye...

Hey people... haha...

SCHOOL HAS STARTED!!!!! Gosh that's fast... Oh wells... Actually started last thursday already... haha...

Before that went for the Science Orientation Week... Was from 27jul till 9 aug... The first 5 days was a camp in school... Then had a Freshman Inauguration Ceremony on the 1st of august, then a flag day, and then another camp 2 days one night and played this game called The Running Man... It's a korean game show... Quite fun haha... Should go watch the youtube clips... It's hilarious!!!!

Anyway, after that was rag day... Was this event held yearly in NUS where each faculty and hall makes a float and does some performance... Was freaking hot that day... Nearly died!!!! Anyway, was held in conjunction with national day at the Marina Promontory, which is opposite the marina platform which is where the parade is held... Saw the parade live on a big screen with the fireworks happening right in front of my eyes!!!! AWESOMENESS!!! Saw my battery people doing the presidential gun salute too!!!! haha...

Anyway, back to topic of school... SCHOOL SUCKS!!!! I mean who don't know right... BUT IT SUCKS!!!! Like I have absolutely no friends... Ok maybe not absolutely, but almost the same... You may ask... What about your orientation mates??? But they all have their own JC clicks... While I am all alone... Hai... Whats the point of going for the orientation... Totally useless... Except that I have seniors to teach me about the CORS bidding... Guess thats the most useful thing that happened... Haiz...

YES!!!!! I can sign in again!!!!! YES!!!!!

OMG!!! So much happened the past few month and I couldn't blog them all... I am nearly dying.... A silver lining just came from the darkest cloud ever!!!

Anyway, how are you peeps.... So much happened... OMG!!! Heli-ops, NDP, Disruption to name a few... Yes I have my PINK IC!!!!! Weeeeee~~~~ I was so sad cause I couldn't sign in to blogger... But now I can... And I really need a rant... haha...

Anyway, I just got into NUS... And it's already so stressful... Went for the science orientation week... It was fun... Signed up mostly for the CORS bidding shit though... haha... Oops... Yoyoyoyoyoyoyoyoyo people!!!! hahaha...

I FINALLY VOTED!!! On the 7th of May haha... WEE~~ Oh wells... Wasn't quite as exciting as I thought it would be... It's kind of at the void deck opposite my flat... So just went in the morning around 11am and there wasn't a queue... So it was quite fast... Showed my identity card and polling card and then went to collect my polling slip... Went to this crossed board thingy... Don't know how to describe it haha... And then put a cross beside the party I want and then slip it into the box... Hmm... Quite not exciting haha...

Anyway, feeling quite sad that Potong Pasir went to PAP and Chiam See Tong lost... He's like such a nice MP haha... Oh wells... How I wish my side had such a strong opposition team... But nope...

Anyway, had to book in that day cause it's sentry... Oh wells... But had Monday and Tuesday off... YEY!!! So went to Sentosa on Monday with Sijie, Lewis, Berwin, Joseph, Lin Yong and Ronald... Met Ronald at Vivo City for lunch and then went to Siloso Beach to find the others cause we were late... Oops... Well before that went to Giant to get the volleyball cause they burst theirs haha... Guess the sun was too much for it... Anyway, went there and swam in the sea... Wee~~ So fun!!! Haven't been into the sea in like years!!! Played monkey in it... After awhile, went to the volleyball court to play volleyball... And I sucked in it... Grrr!!! After awhile this group of 3 guys came to play with us for a game... AND WE WON!!!! Woohoo~~ haha... Well we were both nooby groups... Guess they were more noob than us... wahahahaha...

After that went back to Vivo City's Food Republic for dinner... Had the Scissors Cut Rice thing... It's kind of famous... But never really tried it... So gave it a go... And it was good... haha... Loved it... After that went to walk around and got tickets for Fast and Furious 5... Hmm... Quite nice lah... It's not bad... haha... Didn't appeal to me much though... Anyway, rushed for the last train after that with Ronald... Had like quite a bad sunburn on my back... haha... The sun was crazy!!! And it's peeling like shit now!!! Haiz... Oh wells...

Didn't really do much this week... Had off on Monday cause it's Vesak day today... It's kind of like Christmas for Buddhists... So well it's a public holiday here... Anyway, went to watch Thor with Ronald on Saturday after meeting Vanessa to discuss about the financial consultant job... Met him at 2pm at Jurong Point... Hmm... Was not bad the show... But I found it a bit lame... Anyway, walked around after that and had okonomiyaki for dinner!!! Wee~~ It's nice... After that went to IMM and continued walking around... Found some cheap stuff in the factory shops... Quite cool... Then stopped at this Hong Kong dessert shop... Had tang yuan... And it's nice!!! haha... Went home after that...

Oh had a cold this week too... So shitty!!! I hate falling sick... Feeling much better now... But was coughing much for the past few days... Haiz... My abs are kind of defined now due to the cough... haha... Guess behind every dark cloud there's a silver lining... Oh wells... Went to Woodlands to try this new shop called Freshness Burger... It's quite good, but a bit expensive... Like $7.40 for a small meal... It's cheaper in Macdonald's please... But the burger's quite unique... Don't try the colesaw though... Cause it sucks!!! Didn't like it at all...

Hey people... It's me again...

FIELD CAMP IS OVER!!!!! And it's the last one... YES!!!! ORD LOH!!! Nearly died cause of the heat... The heat is unbearable I tell you... Weather these days is fucked up... Told you we'll all get cooked to death in 2012... Stupid global warming...

Today is monday, and I'm not in camp!!! Yey!!! Cause it's labour day... So, went out with Ronald to town to shop for some stuff yesterday... Met Vanessa before that at 11.30am to discuss about the part time job... Seems quite interesting, but have to take 3 tests before I can start... And they are not cheap in total its $280 without taxes... Which means I'll probably need to pay around $300 for the tests... Oh well... At least it's an internationally recognized certification... So I guess it's ok... After the interview, went out with Ronald... Walked around and then wanted to watch Thor... But apparently the tickets were kind of sold out... So didn't watch it in then end...

Anyway, went for my NUS checkup on friday... And while I'm on the bus to NUS, saw alot of people studying as it's the exam period for universities... Like looking at them mugging really made me feel stressed... Seriously... It's that bad... Like feeling the exam stress before even starting school... NOOO!!!! And the financial assistance thing is irritating me to no end... Especially the CPF scheme... Grrr... Oh wells...

Went out with family to parkway parade on saturday... Finally had my Chicken Mcgrill!!! Wee~~ haha... Always wanted to try it, but it's kind of expensive... haha... So since dad's paying... hehehe... Then went to walk around at the shopping center... Nothing much though... Bought some things for camp and it's home sweet home... Oh while I was walking to the bus, saw some people giving out free bubble tea by this shop called xie1 jiao3 ting2... So took one and tried, and it's damn nice... haha... Gonna buy it next time... Think there's one at Wisma... Wee... Especially their jelly thing... They have this jelly thingy instead of the normal pearls... And it's heavenly... haha...

Yo people or whoever thats reading this... Haven't blogged for awhile... Seems like there's alot of blogwalkers visiting this blog... haha... So Hi people!!!

Anyway, my dental appointment's postponed to 2 months later AGAIN!!!! It's supposed to be tomorrow, but course of the stupid CCC thing it had to be pushed back... Like what??? I need my fillings!!! My teeth is rotting... And I don't even know why... Cause I brush and floss and use mouth wash everyday... But it's still having cavities... Maybe the way I'm brushing is wrong or what... But I kinda doubt it cause it's what my dentist taught me... So it's quite irritating to have teeth that rots easily cause filling isn't cheap at all... Grrr...

And field camps coming AGAIN!!!! Like next tuesday... Haiz... And it's not going to be easy... Especially when the weather's being an ultimate bitch these days... It's either hot and humid like 30 degrees kind of hot, or it rains like no tomorrow... Haiz... So it's gonna be hot humid and MUDDY!!! Hate this... Especially the muddy part... Haiz... I HATE OUTFIELD!!!! OUTFIELD SUCKS!!!!

Hmm... Seems like there's nothing much worth blogging about... Just blogging for the sake of blogging cause I haven't done it in like almost a month?? haha... I almost forgot this thing existed... Oh yar... Went to Denise's 21st birthday party at Aloha Loyang on friday with Miki and Hong Ghee... Met Miki at orchard to get the present, and then roped Hong Ghee in last minute... haha... He forgot about it... Oh wells... Shopped for like 3 hours for the present... Gosh I hate shopping for presents... Then went to the party at like 9 plus... And just nice they were gonna cut the cake... haha... Such good timing right... Anyway, it's really a show face thing for me, cause I haven't seen the people in like ages, and I totally have nothing to talk to them about... So I just kinda sit at one corner and rot... Stayed for about an hour then left at 10.30pm...

Hey yo people!!!! Haven't been blogging for quite some time now... But I guess no one really reads it... So it's ok... haha...

Anyway, after the India trip, it's standby... AGAIN!!!! Haiz... But it was over already, so now is on standby again... For funerals... Haiz... Hope no one dies!!!!

Saw the reports on the Japan tsunami... Haiz... Looks like natural disasters are on the rise now... Right after the Christchurch earthquake, it's the Japan tsunami... Plus their nuclear plant exploded... And the Indonesia volcano erupted also... Plus unrest in the middle east, and terrorism... Is 2012 really coming true?? Maybe... Hopefully not though... I still got so many things I wanna do!!!! 2012 please don't come true....

Well, just went to Malaysia with Lewis, Ronald, Berwin, Joseph, Lin Yong and Sijie on friday, cause it's my off day... YEY!!!! Anyway, was supposed to meet at the Old Town at City Square at 10.30am... But Lewis and Lin Yong was late... As usual... So in the end Ronald, Joseph and I had to wait for them at Johor till 11+am... haha... After they arrived, had breakfast at the Old Town... Had Nasi Lemak and the Si Mai Milk Tea... Nice and cheap... haha... It's like half of Singapore's price... Anyway, after that went to walk around City Square for awhile, and some of them had Ice Cream from the shop that's quite nice I must say...

After City Square, took a cab to this shopping center, I forgot the name haha... Bought some stuff from the Watson's there with Ronald... Bought my facial cleanser and some multivitamins... So much cheaper there than Singapore... Plus I got a free moisturizer... haha... Walked around and had cake and tea at Secret Recipe... At first thought it was cake plus tea at RM4.50... But turned out it was tea/coffee at ala carte price and the cake at RM4.50 haha... Silly us... How can there be such a cheap deal even in Malaysia... Then continued walking around and went to the supermarket there... Bought some stuff... Milo, and some mini doughnuts for Melvin and Gerald at Dunkin Doughnuts...

Then took a cab again to Taman Sentosa and had dinner at this seafood restaurant 101... The barbecued chicken wings and sotong was fabulous, especially with their chilli sauce... It's kinda spicy, but shiok... Ordered chilli crab, crab with salted egg, cereal prawns, vegetable, and the fu rong egg... haha... Nice meal... Really enjoyed it.. Then went to buy some stuff to bring back... Like the nutmeg and chestnut biscuits...

After that was taking a cab back to City Square and it's home sweet home... haha... Had much fun... Oh and I went to make my army spectacles on saturday... Cause the previous one broke... Haiz... Decided to make a new one cause the lens was also badly scratched... But aunty wasn't at the shop, cause she's overseas... So had to collect it on wednesday when she's back... Oh wells...

Haven't been blogging for a long time now... I'm back from INDIA!!! haha... Wasn't as bad as I had expected though... The camp was quite alright, and the toilets are quite clean actually... Albeit riddled with spider webs... haha... Had fun I must say... But will never wanna go back haha...

Anyway, it's the Chinese New Year!!!! So Gong Xi Fa Cai everyone!!!! :) haha... Hopefully I'll huat Huat HUAT this year!!! Wee~~ Which also means that university is coming soon... Grrrr... Haiz... Hi everyone!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! Hopefully everyone including me will have a very very happy 2011... haha...

And the day has finally arrived... I am going to India soon.... NOOOOO!!!!!! I DON'T WANNA GO TO INDIA!!!! T.T

Anyway, packing was a chore... And I hated every second if it... We had like a trillion things to bring, and the bag is like tiny!!! Haiz... Anyway, went out with Ronald these few days to get all our stuff for India... I am so dreading leaving the house now!!! I seriously don't want to go... Plus, I don't even have the feeling like I'm going overseas... It's kinda a typical day for me today... haha... Oh wells...

Gonna leave at 10.30pm later... Which is like 1 hour from now!!! Grrrr!!!! Hope that it'll be aice trip, and fun like everyone say... I seriously doubt it though... Haiz... Anyway, I'll be there till the 22nd... Which is like 18 days?!?! Haiz... And like it's quite dangerous there??? Have to becareful of what you eat, have to becareful of what you drink, hanve to becareful of thieves... Haiz... Hopefully it's gonna be a smooth trip with nothing major happening to me!!!! Hey people...

BLOCK LEAVE IS HERE!!!!!

Yey!!!! Actually it's here since tuesday... hahaha... But only blogging about it now... Anyway, went out with Lewis, Wu Lieh, Si Jie, Berwin and LY Ho on tuesday... Went to orchard first, and they wanted to eat... So ate at Takashimaya, and then went over to Bugis to meet LY Ho... Went to Bencoolen to look for Lewis's watch, and realised that Bencoolen is a place for people to buy watch, herbs, and all the fengshui stuff, and fortune telling... haha... Ronald and Joseph was supposed to come, but ROnald suddenly had guard, and Joseph had some things to settle... So in the end, they didn't come...

Anyway, after that went to Illuma... Had dinner at this Japanese restaurant, which is like 3 restaurants combined together... And the way you order food there is quite unique... There is a place for you to tap with a pen on the menu to order... After everyone ordered, you tap on confirm, and the pen will read out all your orders for you... Cool right??? Well, the menu was like damn thick, so we took almost 30 minutes to order... hahaha... The food there's not bad, and it's not that expensive for a Jap restaurant...

After that actually wanted to go watch movie... But couldn't agree on one, so in the end went to Teo Heng for karaoke... LY Ho drived us there, but before that we had to look for his car cause he forgot where he parked it... LOL!!! And fuess where it was??? Right outside where we came out from... Tsktsktsk... Anyway, had much fun singing, and after that was home sweet home... hahaha...

Then met Ronald on wednesday to get his christmas presents... Walked along Orchard road for almost the whole day... Met at 11am at Orchard, and being me, I was late again... hahaha... Oops... Well, after meeting went to have lunch at Wendy's... Then started our shopping trip... After walking over all of Orchard and Somerset, I only bought a shirt at Far East haha... Went to have dinner at Boteijyu at Orchard Central... Had Okonomiyaki, which is their zhao1 pai2 cai4... haha... Quite nice and inexpensive... haha... After dinner went to wtach Rupunzal at Cineleisure... But before that, bought the Gong Cha at OC too... Quite nice the bubble tea... Came from Taiwan, and got featured in some magazine and The Straits Times too!!! haha... Then, it was time to go home...

After that, rested at home for thursday, and met Si Zheng, Genthryn, Justin and Li Huay to celebrate Justin's belated birthday... They actually met Teck Hui earlier for ice skating... No money!!!! haha... So didn;t go at first... Anyway, since they had not enough people, they went bowling instead... Met them at OC at 6pm... Then went to 313 to have dinner at Ding Tai Feng... haha... The food is quite nice I must say... Second time eating there... First time was like don't know how many years ago sia... Well in the end didn;t really eat much, cause ordered too little hahahaha... So still abit hungry...

Justin didn't want a cake for his birthday, so we decided to take him for some ice cream... Wanted to go the the Marbleslab at Scape at first... But found out that it closed down after we reached Scape... hahaha... But there was a flea market there, so went in and look around... Nothing much for guys... Mostly girls'stuff... Like dressed, note book, soft toys and such... In the end, went to Gelare at OC... Ordered waffles for Justin... At first ordered 3... And then the prson at the counter asked us to have a seat first... So did that without paying... hahaha...

In the end only one waffle came, which is the one for Justin... haha... But the other 2 didn't come... haha... Reckoned it's cause we haven't paid... hahaha... Well, so in the end shared the waffle as Justin couldn't finish also... Sat till around 10.30pm... Then went off... Was deciding whether to pay for the waffle... haha... But abit weird if don't pay, cause it's kinda like a birthday present? haha... In the end wanted to pay but no one at the cashier... LOL... But paid in the end... Then took some pictures along Orchard road with the christmas decorations...

Went out with Ronald again yesterday... haha... Met at Commonwealth to go to Queensway... Shopped around at queensway for awhile, then went to Ikea to have lunch... But too many people... So went to Anchorpoint instead... Found out that there's actually nothing much to eat there... The Banquet Signature only has a prata stall?!?!?! So went to Koufu in the end... After lunch, walked around Anchorpoint then took a bus to Dhoby Ghaut... Walked around town area for the whole day... I bought 3 pairs of socks at OG...

Anyway, while I was choosing was socks to buy, Ronald was fiddling with the one I wanted, and he kinda removed the plastic thing that would sound the alarm if you bring out before paying by accident... So, the socks was technically free... hahaha... Was thinking whether to pay... But being the righteous me, I paid the $10... LOL!!! Bu yao lian... Tsktsk... After that, continued to shop for his jacket, jeans and burms... After that, went to Taka to have dinner at this western restaurant at the basement... Very nice the food there, and the fish is very fresh... And it's not that expensive... So good place to go too...

After dinner, continued to walk around, and then had supper at Xin Wang in ION... It actually opens till 1am daily... So people, it's a good place for some supper!!! hahaha... Wells, thats all for my block leave until now... Have guard duty tomorrow... Sianz... haha... Oh wells... Will update again... :) Bye!!!

Ok so the supposedly last outfield of my NS life is over, and so is the Prof test!!! YEY!!! But kinda screwed up for the test, and cause of me we failed once... Feeling guilty... Plus it's like such a stupid mistake that shouldn't have even happened... Grrr... Haiz...

Plus, I am kinda screwed, cause I haven't sent the form back to NUS for my enrollment!! Hopefully they allow me to send them on tuesday, if not daddy would have to send the form on my behalf to NUS tomorrow... And I haven't completed my disruption form yet!!! Haiz... Everything is so screwed this week... I guess it's just not my week... T.T

Booking in for one day, which is tomorrow, then it's BLOCK LEAVE!!!! Till 26 dec... Wahahaha!!! Hopefully it'll be an eventful period... And not sian like always... GOnna go for some concerts, and go out with some people!!! Wee~~

Hi people...

And it's another sunday!!! Sainz... Anyway, NUS just senty me a letter on friday to confirm my disruption status... AND I'M SCREWED!!! Cause nothing's done about it yet, and I'm scared there won't be enough time to process the request... And if it's not done by 13 dec, which is like in 15 days, I'll need to waste one year to wait for 2012... NOOOOOO!!!!! Hopefully everything's gonna be fine... Haiz...

Well, went for Sinfonique on friday with Wee Ong... Was looking for some NUS stuff when he msned me... Asked me if I'm going for SInfonique... Then I asked him when, and he said TODAY!!! Lol... I was like ok, and it was near 7pm, and the concert stars at 7.30pm... So I asked him if he wanted to go... And he was like... I dunno leh... haha... In the end went with him, and reached at around 8.10pm... Only saw the Tanjong Katong band... Quite good I must say, though not very in tune and rushing sometimes, but for a secondary school band, I would say it's excellent... Good thing we missed the 1st half, cause it's more of the strings... Then second half was dominated by tha saxaphones... So irritating!!! But the band is quite good... Tuning was there, and I can tell there's quite an improvement after I left... haha.. So good job NYPSO!!!

After the concert, waited for Joseph to finish packing the stuff cause he's Logistics... In the end, helped them carry and setup the platforms also... Then in the end, after waiting till 12.30am, he say he's gonna eat with the others... -.-||| So, took a cab home with Gavilan, Wee Ong and Gerald... Gosh... I felt so old returning to NYP!!! tsktsk...

Anyway, went to the SITEX show at expo with Hasniza... Kept thinking it was at Suntec, and we even went into the train station before remembering it's in expo... haha... Wasted 71 cents sia... Sianz... Anyway, walked for 3 rounds and bought my mp3 and micro SD... Found out that the micro SD I bought is the wrong one... Haiz... And the mp3 kinda sucks... But then it's those cheap chapalang one... Only $32 for 4gb haha... So no complaints I guess... Hasniza wanted to buy her Canon DSLR... But in the end never cause it's too expensive... haha... So only bought her thumbdrive...

After that went to the airport... I WANNA GO OVERSEAS TOO!!!! Saw those people carrying lugguage... Saw a few groups of students also... And the one from Japan was like huge... And there were all lined up guys in front, girls behing for each class for like 3 to 4 classes??? Quite a unique line up hahaha... Why must like that leh??? I don't think Japs are that conservative... Wanted to eat at Popye's, but too many people, so decided to go to Kopitiam instead... But also too many people, so waited while watching Gossip Girl till 8.30pm... Decided to go to T1 after that Popye's is still crowded, and the Kopitiam was like ultra ex... Wanted to go to Popye's there, but it kinda disappeared for the renovation... T1 doesn't look like T1 anymore... T.T So, went to Aston's instead... Went home after that...

Ok... It's sunday... Means it's time to book in... Sianz...

Was on leave on friday... So went to swim in the morning, then went to meet Aravin and Ronald at night for Harry Potter... The movie was at 2.30am... Like wth... So late!!!! Anyway, met Aravin at 11.30pm and Ronald was late... Met him at 11.45pm at 313... Then, went to the food center at The Concorde for some supper... Walked around after that, and sat at Macdonald's to kill time before the movie... The movie was quite nice... Given the fact that Harry Potter movies are always getting worse, this was above my expectations... After that, went to Killiney for breakfast... But wasn't open for business yet... So sat somewhere to wait till it opens... First time there... Nothing fantastic, and it's a little expensive too... After that went home... Tried to sleep, but couldn't... Probably cause of the coffee, and the noise downstars doesn't help...

The petrol kiosk below my block just opened around 3 weeks ago, and it had some opening carnival thingy... And that shit lasted for 3 FREAKING DAYS!!! Like hello?? It's just an opening... One day would suffice... And they played some clubbing music that goes on for half the day, and IT'S FREAKING ANNOYING!!!!

So with only 2 hours of sleep, went to meet Genthryn, Si Zheng, and Teck Hui to get Justin's birthday present... Met then at Orchard, then went to Some shopping center, forgot the name to look at Black Chamber stuff... Never been there before... But the things there quite nice I must say... But a little expensive... Didn't find anything, so went to Far East Plaza... Walked around, then sat at Ya Kun for some refreshments, and to write in his birthday card... hahaha... It was like damn gay... Thanks to suggestions from Si Zheng!!! Then decided to go have dinner... Ate at Wendy's... Not as fantastic as I've anticipated... But quite ok... Portions were quite big... After that, went back to Far East to get him this shirt from Praise... Then went to 313 to get him the thing to roll your ear piece wire around... Quite expensive... $10 for one... haha... Over budget... Went to Harry's to look around, then went home...

Nothing much happened today... The usual... Buy stuff for book in, then it's time to go soon... And it's another outfield week!!! Grrr... Sian...

Anyway, was supposed to be on leave on monday... But went to camp to do sentry... So was given tuesday off instead... Which is a stupid choice, cause they get to book out early on tuesday... Which means my 24hrs is short changed!!!! Grr.. Asked Gabriel if can change to tomorrow... But said need to ask 2IC and all... So cannot... tsk...

Anyway, didn't do anything much... Field camp was quite ok... But it was so freaking hot, and I got sun burnt... Anyway, got sun burn every outfield also... Sianz... Went to the Mt. Faber safra on sunday... Nothing much to buy... Wanted to buy my Brooks shoe there, but can't find... And the stupid eMart at my camp don't have it for my size for like don't know how many months already lor... Haiz...

Went swimming today... So many people lor... Quite sian... Cause it's public holiday I guess... Haiz... Gonna book in soon, and then book out tomorrow cause leave on Friday... Stupid right... book in and out... Waste my travel fares... Haiz...

Outfield AGAIN!!!! Ultimate sianz...

Anyway, running late to book in... So gonna make this short... Went out with Ronald on thursday evening... Was suppossed to watch Social Network with him and Eric... But no seats... So sianed... In the end walked around ION and thats all... Then went for yeye's birthday on friday... As usual, sat one corner and rot... Then went to watch Social Network with Wu Lieh and Eric on saturday... Ok lah quite nice... But had dinner at Carl's Jr before... Then went for gong gong's birthday today... More fun... Thought it would be rotting again... But was quite entertained... Played Dead Space on cousin's PS3... Ok lah kinda sucked at first, but then was quite ok after I died 3 times... Hahaha... Oh wells...

And I am really really REALLY hoping that he will GET OUT OF MY LIFE, cause he's an irritating, annoying, retarded, stupid, selfish, inconsiderate and unkempt jerk that creates a mess and makes a din everywhere he goes... And he is annoying me to the high heavens... I just have the urge to spoil everything that he tries to plan... And maybe throw away that bottle that he likes so much!!! The worst part is, it seems like I'm the only person feeling this way... And I totally just feel like giving him one tight slap in the face everytime I see him... Grrr... SOMEONE SAVE ME PLEASE!!!

Ok... Anyway, ACCT was quite alright... And I didn't have to partner with Goh ZK, luckily... I had Chun Yong... Wahahaha... Fell on my head once, and I think I had a mild concussion... Checked the internet and the symptoms matched... Anyway, didn't go and see the doctor though... Hopefully everything will be alright... And also hopefully I'll pass the grading and don't have to take it again, and get thrown around... Haiz... Gotta book in later at 7am for sentry duty... Sianz...

Wanted to go to TGIF at Heeren at first... But had too many people... So went to this sendwich shop at Orchard Central... Forgot it's name... It's beside Tully's Coffee... Something like Subway, but better haha... After that walked around, then had dessert at Marble Slab at Scape there... Then walked around again and then it's home...

Nothing much done on saturday and sunday... Did the usual... Watch anime, watch show on Xinmsn, sleep, run, nothing much... Oh wells... Gonna book in already... Sianz... I hate booking in!!! I hate the camp!!! And I hate someone... Haiz...

Ok... I suppose this is gonna be a long post...

Field camp is OVER!!!! It was over on tuesday but whatever... haha... Any day not staying in a jungle is a day to rejoice... Anyway, wasn't as shag as I thought it would be... But there was still the route march and stuff... In fact I found it to be better than having the camo net... I have a feeling I just feel claustrophobic in the camo net... Plus it stinks and hinders my laying... Off with the camo net... Wee~~

Wells, didn't do much after the field camp... Had a battalion games day on thursday... Was involved in the building bridges in the telematch... It's like 7 people standing on 7 chairs then bring the chairs over and go to the next point... And we won... Wahahaha... So unexpected... We were like expecting to lose... haha... Hope can get off day for that... :)

Then it was book out day on friday... Early release!!! YES!!! After that went out with Ronald to City Hall... Walked around then went to this japanese restaurant at Suntec... Quite nice and I kinda like their concept... Not too expensive too... ^^ Then went to walk around... Went to Chijmes, Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Chinatown, Marina Bay Sands... Was like around overnight... First time spending time overnight out... haha... First time going to Clarke Quay and Chijmes too... After that was like ultra tired... Went to have Macdonald's breakfast before going home... So long never eat already... haha...

Slept through saturday... Then went for the New Balance Real Run today with Chun Yong... Was supposed to meet him at 5.20am at compass point... But I only woke up at 5.20am when he texted me... haha... Rushed to bathe and pack then took a cab to Pasir Ris to meet him... Took the shuttle to the Changi Exhibition Center... Flag off was at 7.30am... Ran 10km... haha... Ok lah quite challenging cause there was dirt trails and beach run incorporated... But finished in 57min... ^^ After that waited for the prize giving and lucky draw... The grad prize was for MO5154 and CY's no. was 5155 haha... So sad... Then went to Bras Bahsa to get my watch strap done... $8... I think I got ripped off... Anyway, then went to Funan to have luch and then Marina Square to look for shirt... Then It's home sweet home...

Quite a packed week I must say... Interesting week... ^^ I think I kinda like this emoticon now... haha... Hopefully this week will be eventful too... In a good way of course... Gonna book in soon... Hopefully I won't get annoyed this week... Trying hard to ignore him... Will continue trying...

Haiz... It's field camp week again... ANd this time it's not gonna be like the other field camps... It's gonna be an ULTRA XIONG field camp... Sianz... I think after this I can go Guards liao... And the computer is being an ultra bitch today... Ok.. Haiz... Hopefully I can survive it... Dreading book in now... Haiz...

Anyway, went with Aravin to chinatown yesterday to change his renmingbi... Haiz... Someone's going to Beijing next week... And he can skip a day of field camp... I WANNA GO OVERSEAS TOO!!!! T.T Then after that went to Plaza Singapura to get his friend some embroidery thread... After that went to have dinner at Soup Spoon... First time there... The food's quite nice, plus it's healthy... MAybe a little expensive... But I guess it's worth it... Quite filling also... Then after that went to walk around... He bought a bottle of wine, then went to Fort Canning... Sit down, drink and listen to some weird concert... haha... I realised that I tend to talk alot after I drink... And tend to say things I should not... haha...

Booking in again... Another week of sianess...

Haiz... Rigging this week... SO means no more slack in bunk... Sianz... Well, at least I won't be seeing him for most of the time... Getting kinda irritating... And he's seriously getting on my nerves already... Wonder how long the tolerance's gonna be this time... Knowing me, probably quite long... I'll probably just get numbed about it anyway...

Hi... On off today... Woots...

Was supposed to be 2 days off but cut short to one day and the excuse was as lame as it can get... "Ration indent liao" Please lah... CAn like ask others to scan for us right??? Urgh...

Anyway, went to have dinner and shop around Orchanrd with Angeline... Went to look for the Voice of the Gods at Kino at first... And they didn't have it... I don't understand why is it that everywhere I go they only sell the first two books but not the third!!! Irritating... She's gonna fly to Korea tonight!!! Envys... Haiz... I WANNA GO OVERSEAS TOO!!!! Not India!!! Well, went to eat at the lu gang xiao zhen at Ion... Not very fantastic... But ok lah... Sells Taiwan food...

After that went around to look for my jacket, and then went to Borders to look for my book... And not surprisingly, they don't sell it... Grrrr... Dreading book in now... Knew I shouldn't have said that... Now it's gonna get so awkward... Haiz...

Today is 八月十五中秋节... haha... Eat mooncake and carry lanterns... Wee~~ Only ate mooncake lah... But gonna grow fat haha... Ate like 3/4 of a mooncake... -.-

Haiz... Everytime I book out don't feel like booking in... Sick of trying to live with a mask on... Seriously... I just wanna live in my own world... I don't want to go around and everywhere I turn is one person... I am sick of this... I NEED MY PERSONAL SPACE!!! I need a place for me to think, to contemplate, to recharge and to calm down so that I can once again face the world... But that is not in camp...

I am sick of needing to face people and guess what they are thinking... I am sick of seeing people doing stupid things... I am sick of the boredom in camp with nothing to do... I am sick of doing the same things over and over again everyday... I NEED MY FREEDOM!!!! This is torturing me to no end... It's almost hell on earth... I don't wanna go back... Someone please save me...

Haiz... So ironic that I don't even have someone to talk to... People that I once thought were my friends turned out to be just some passerby in my life... That only think about me when they need me... I am sick of seeing their faces... Everyday... It's as if someone is stabbing my heart a hundred times a day in camp... Someday I might collapse... Someday... When that happens, I wonder who will be there... Probably no one I guess... No one even knows what I am thinking... Sometimes even I cannot understand myself...

Sometimes I do envy those people who have those outside friends they talk about... At least by talking to them or going out they can forget some troubles... Maybe I'm just socially inapt... Ok... Gonna go back to camp...

I HATE SUNDAYS!!!! Why can't everyday be a saturday... I'll be happy... Wee~~

Haiz... Back to a week of wasting my life away... Not doing anything, and not allowed to do things... I have a feeling my brain is just shrinking into a small pea now... Went to doby gaut with Constance, Eileen and Calista for lunch yesterday... Ate a Cafe Cartel, then went to Minds Cafe to pass time... haha... Played Taboo, Pictionary and Risk... Quite fun... Then met Miki at 7pm to have dinner with the band people... Ate at Nihon Mura, then went to Play Nation for some Wii and Guitar Hero... Quite ignored as usual... I think they were quite surprised to see me there... haha... Well I'm quite surprised that I went also... Anyway, better than emoing at home...

Made a promise to myself to be a happier person... But failing totally... Haiz... Just being in camp is depressing for me... Plus all the thinking and contemplation... I need my ORD!!! Yo...

Went to watch the judo matches at Suntec Conventional Hall 404 with Roanald and Wu Lieh... First international game venue I've ever been into... haha... But was too hard to take pictures and videos... Sianz...

Was quite boring haha... Maybe should have gone to watch the table tennis... But oh wells... What's done is done... Why would I want to go and see Singapore lose anyway... haha... So met them at Marina Square to have lunch at Carl's Junior... Then went to Suntec for the competition... And there was this secondary school boy that was sitting beside me, and he was ultimate irritating...

As the chairs were connected, but not really stable, as in they are still able to shift abit, any small movements would cause the whole row to start shaking... And he had to shake his leg... And that's not all... He was like making weird comments throughout, and some of them were like ultra childish... For example saying the guys are gay cause they had to "hug" each other... Like thats the game for you boy... And he kept asking questions which answers were obvious... For example, "I thought Isrealis are black" "They are white... Was Jesus black?" Was the answer, and he said "Jesus is Jew" Like please Jewish is a religion!!!! Grrr... Irritating... Throughout the time he sat beside me that's what I had...

Anyway, after like 2 hours, he decided to move away... Well, good riddence... Oh wells... Then had like 1 1/2 hour break... So went to walk around suntec... Went to have some dounuts, and then it was back to Suntec for the finals... Japan was brilliant... haha... A well deserved Gold medal I must say... Then took some pictures and Ronald had to leave... So Wu Lieh and I went over to CityLink to have dinner at the Taiwan cafe... The food's ok... First time there... Good experience... Bought a Lyo plushie haha... And it's quite expensive... Haiz... I need to stop spending!!! I'm officially broke as of now... NOOOOO!!!!! I need money!!!!

Oh wells... After that it's home sweet home... Well it's quite an experience today... First time looking at the olympics up close... haha... Cya..

Ok FATEP is finally OVER!!!! Wasn't quite what I expected it to be... No assessers around to scrutinize everything that we do... Only master Poh coming around to ask when to do standard angle once... So essentially, it's just another outfield, just that it's a hundred times worse...

It was raining for all 3 days, and everything was muddy... And the grounds were ultra fucked up... That's an understatement... On the first night, the ground was the worst... There was practically no hard ground at all.. And in the mud holes were puddles of water, and ther were everywhere... It was nearly a river... Even the frogs and toads were coming out to mate... And the sounds they made was nearly deafening... Literally... So, naturally all our iron pickets were coming out, and we had to ram them back for almost the entire night... Ram one in, anbother one comes out... Then ram that one back in, another one comes out... After ramming the third one, the first one that came out is out again...

Plus, throughtout the whole 3 days, my feet were literally swimming in water... As my boots were soaked through and through, even if I changed my socks, they become wet again in a matter of minutes... And they won't dry, cause the ground is wet... Grr... Throughout the whole field camp, one thoguth kept coming to me... What have I done in my life to deserve this... Haiz... So, my feet were wrinkled thorughout, making walking a painful thing to do... It was agonizing to say the least...

Anyway, going to watch the Judo matches with Wu Lieh and Ronald later... Bought the tickets cause wanted the prepaid card... haha... Went to collect the tickets today at Hougang Mall, then after that went to city hall to have a look at the main cauldron... Took some photos and walked around marina area... Saw the MArina Bay Sands... Went in to walk around... Quit nice I must say... But expensive too... I'm poor... T.T Saw Lyo and Merly and took a phtotgraph with them too... Wee~~ haha... After that, went to the YOG store at orchard to get my YOG towel... haha... Got that for Sarah's borthday too... Was quite nice, so got one for myself...

Went for Srah's birthday party yesterday with Miki and Jiexin... Saw many band people, but like nothing to talk to them already... So sad... Suddenly I'm a stranger haiz... Even people of my batch like Jerold... Haiz... Anyway, met then at Jurong point to buy the presents... Got her some fragrence thingy for the room, and the YOG towel... Saw alot of the YOG athletes around... Well it's near NTU... So... Sat around, sian abit then went home after the cutting of cake... Saw Song Ren there too... Well kind of expected, cause he was our mutual friend... haha...

And this week is FATEP!!!! Sianz... 3 days 2 nights outfield AGAIN!!! Plus this time there would be evaluators... Meaning we have to be up, and also they are going to check on the laying... Which means I have to be damn accurate... OH NO!!! Stress, Stress STRESS!!!! And if they ask me what to do if the collimeter breaks down or something, I'll surely die... Plus there will be fewer people doing the deployment... I mean like alot fewer... How?!?!?!

Haiz... Please wish me good luck people... I'll need all the luck in the world... Oh yar, speaking of luck, I got my marksman on thursday last week... WOOHOO~~ That's $200 in my pocket... Wahahaha... Did not do very well in the morning shoot... But had perfect for stage B and C... Wee~~ Thank god!!! I must be so lucky... hahaha... Hopefully I will be able to get my silver for the next IPPT and that will be another $100... Wee~~

Ok... Anyway, saw the opening ceremony to the YOG on TV just now... haha... Quite spectacular I must say... The fireworks were quite nice and the shows were ok... But I think some items were too long though, and some were like abit -.-... Like the monster one... It's -.- to the max... Anyway, proud of Singapore to be able to host such a big event... Kinda like the version of the national anthem sung just now... Nice...

Hey people...

NDP is over FINALLY!!!! WOOHOO~~ haha...

Anyway, was fun... The crowd was crazy... The whole merlion park was packed with people... I finally understand the meaning of 人山人海... haha... And Mum, Gerald and Melvin came to take pictures... But abit fail cause they don't really know how to operate the camera... In the end need the major to come and help take... OMG!!! SO embaressing!!! Oh wells...

Had fun waving to people too... People were more friendly today as compared to last week... Haha... More people waved... Maybe cause it's the actual national day... haha... Oh and there was this girl who was like damn excited that we waved to her... She jumped with such joy... As if she just win the first prize for TOTO like that... hahaha... But it was fun, and a successful performance... Well coordinated and loud... Woohoo~~ See you again mobile column in 5 years!!! That'll be when I ORD and watching on TV!!! Wahahahaha...

Yo people...

Quick post before book in for NDP tomorrow... Haiz... Anyway, went to celebrate Katherine's birthday in the afternoon with Si Zheng, Teck Hui, Justin, Genthryn and Li Huay... Ate lunch at NYDC... Never eat there before... Food's soso lor... Then after that went to Illuma's sky garden to celebrate Kat's birthday...

After the celebration, went to ITE College East for the YOG torch relay... Yes again... But this time is to accompany Gerald... Haven't been in an ITE before... Was the ultra big one at Simei... Quite mordern I must say... As usual, security was tight... And the guest of honor today was the senior minister... Goh Cheok Tong... Anyway, the NYP was better I feel... More space to watch, and also had big screens to facilitate those that can't see the stage properly... And also more speakers so you can hear what they are saying... And there was live feed on the screens... ITE had none of those... And the atmosphere wasn't as high until the torch came... Haiz... But got to take photo and touch the torch... haha... So cool... And there was a display of some of the torches that were used in the past olympics... Like the Beijing olympics, Athens olympics and Vancouver olympics...

Anyway, still had fun... Hope everything will be smooth... Finally my satudays are back... Wahahahaha... Wee~~

Hey people, I'm back...

Had IMT and Field camp this week... IMT was alright... Hope can get marksman for range next week haha... And field camp was shag... Just as I expected... 4 deployments in a day... Must be a record... Like seriously... It's shagness, no joke...

Anyway, went to Yishun Junior College to attend their observance ceremony, and show them the gun... Its some army with schools collaboration thingy... Anyway, was an experience... Quite fun lah... A break in normalcy haha... Went to listen to Captain Chiok's talk on their deployment in Afganistan for the WLR thingy, then went to their canteen to eat something... Like OMG I miss canteen food's... My jap omelette, wedges and all... Haiz... Then walked around to see whats on display... The Pegasus, FH2000, Radar, small arms, combat rations, camo, field pack stuff and the IBA stuff... And I saw them playing with the field pack everything in and everything out... Like guys if you like it so much, don't worry... I bet you'll hate it in Tekong... haha...

Then went to the marina barrage and new water plant for some NE tour... Quite boring, and the tour guide was like attitude to the max... Like since when have I had so much bitching in a day??? Abit overboard... haha... But oh wells, kills my time... Then after the whole thing, went to have dinner with Wu Lieh and Lewis... And it was home sweet home...

Went to NYP to watch the YOG flame celebrations... Never have I seen NYP so high before... The emcees were excellent... But one was abit not so good... And it was the Sarah Jane that was the Sinfonique emcee... haha... When she announced her name, I was like Sarah?? How come sound and look so familiar... Then I realised it was her... Anyway, security was like ultra stringent... Seiously... Walk here blocked, walk there blocked... And there were like Cisco people and police everywhere lah... Irritating... ANd to go on the bridge on the 3rd floor which is the only one open to public, you must ahve your bag checked, and go through a metal detector... Like OMG can... Saw Khee Yang, Huimin, Karin and Kesha there too... Kesha was like involved cause she's a staff noe in the SA office.. haha...

Was fun... Saw the prime minister, and all the other da pais... haha... The atmosphere was like ultra high also... But the starting they were doing the JJ Lin cheer thingy... It was irritating I must say... I kinda hate that cheer... Saw the percussion ensemble performance with the CO, and indian and malay culture group... Dennis is brilliant I must say... And I'm totally dreading it... Why you might ask... Cause this week is FIELD CAMP WEEK!!!! Sianz... But it's 2 days 1 night... So should be alright I guess... But still... I hate field camps... This month's gonna be a hectic month... FATEP is coming, and there's range... So, tuesday is IMT, and then wednesday and thrusday is field camp, and friday is NE trip... Then, it's NDP... Gonna be shag this week...

Anyway, had to stay back today to do IPPT while the people that got silver and gold booked out for off yesterday... And guess what??? It rained in the morning... And guess what again???

I FINALLY GOT 225 FOR MY SBJ!!!

But guss what again??? It rained, and so 2.4 was cancelled, and I still haven't got my silver... And it was changed to a training session... Like OMG!!!!! This the the most fucked up thing ever!!! Wasted my half day off and my 225... Dammit!!!

Seriously... Is this ultimate suayness or what... Which means, I'll have to take the next IPPT AGAIN!!!! Bloody hell... ANd I'm sick of doing IPPT anymore... Sickening!!! Grrr...

Ok another long week... No off again this week for NDP peeps, and I mustr see the Marcus's face again tomorrow... Haiz... Wad a bad combination... I just hope it doesn't rain tomorrow... It's really fucked up if it does...

Anyway, had the chemical defence thingy this week... Monday was the theory... Learnt how to wear the IPE, and the MOPP 4... Quite fun... But the best was on tuesday... Went into the smoke trainer at Seletar camp... The camp was like so big... But abit lok kok... haha... SOmething like tekong... Alot of jungle areas...

Anyway, although the place had a nice name, Smoke Training Facility, but in reality, it's just a small house out of nowhere, with no toilets, and a training shed in front... OK maybe a little credit for the air-con in the control room which I don't get to go in anyway...

Well, it was fun, especially when my mask was too big, and the CS went in 2 times before I changed into a more fitting mask that solved it... It was a great experience though... Once in a lifetime I must say... Just like the grenade throw... haha... The stinging on the face, spicy smell which irritates the nose causing you to have mucus flowing, and the stinging in the eyes making you tear... And it's only 0.01% of tear gas... OMG!!!!

Had ICCT too... Continued to learn about locks and ground fight techniques... And also had to spar today... But it was fun though... At the same time it was complete shagness... After sparring for 1 min plus, it felt like I completed the whole IPPT...

Anyway, this week is like a raining week... Almost raining everyday... Including yesterday!!! OMG!!! haha... Raining on NDP rehearsals is a depressing thing, cause we don't have any canopy, and out tonner will be like ultra wet, and we have no place to sit... Rainy days on satudays suck for now...

Went to Singapore Shopping Center today with Lewis to collect our policy from Vanessa... Nothing much happened after that though... Went to eat Subway, then it was home sweet home... Gonna book in again... Haiz... Sadded...

Oh yar.. Been having ICCT these 2 weeks... It was fun... haha... ALot better than BCCT I must say... Getting to lock people and pushing people down... haha... Wee~ Oh wells... And gonna have the Chemical Defence thing this week... Which means I'm gonna get gassed on tuesday... But it's all my own doing... Cause I have childhood asthma, and we can choose whether or not to go... But, when they asked, I saw my whole bunk people (Ok almost my whole bunk people, except you know who) raised up their hands... So, I had to raise mine too... Haiz... Hope it's fun...

Hey people... How have you all been??? haha...

Anyway, had a long weekend till today... Gonna book in later, and it's the last long weekend until november... NOOOOO!!!! T.T

Well, supposed to be going to Malaysia yesterday with bunk mates... BUT, my passport had expired last month... Haiz... So wells... Wasn't able to go... Instead, went out to have dinner with Miki at orchard... Went to this place called Grandma's Place at Paragon... The food there was nice... haha... And it's affordable... $28.80 for a 2 person meal, with rice, soup, 3 side dishes, rice and 2 grass jelly drinks... Plus the curry there is superb... haha... Highly recommended...

Before that, had NDP rehearsal on saturday again... But, this time it's the NE show already... Meaning we have a real audience... Which are primary 5 students... Saw Teo Chee Hean vetting the whole thing... At first when I saw him, I was like, "Why is it a chinese... I though should be an Indian? So weird..." Then, after a second look, I was like "OMG!!! Is that Teo CHee Hean???" haha...

Went for swimming just now in the late afternoon... Haven't swim for like ages... Since I enlisted I think... So that makes it 10 months since I've swim... Whee~ Not bad lah... Still can swim haha... But still can't swim the free style... haiz... Hoping one day will be able to do it... haha...

Ok... Another week has past... And last wekk I was made IC... And IT SUCKED!!! Haiz... I must be the suayest IC ever... Ok nevermind... Don't want to talk about it already...

Went to have the Japanese buffet with Wu Lieh, Lewis, Ronald, and Eric at Kiseki... Its at Heeren's basement... The food was very nice... hahaha... Like the things there were very fresh, and also the cooked food were nice... Better than most Jap restarants I've been to so far I must say... Though some things might be a tad salty for some... But I felt they were alright...

After that, went to walk around with them at Ion and then at Centrepoint with Ronald... Saw the world's oldest, most expensive and smallest pencils... haha... Quite interesting... They are at the Faber-Castell shop if you want to ee them too...

After they left, went to K-box at Cineleisure to celebrate Genthryn's birthday with Justin, Teck Hui, Si Zheng, Li Huay and Katherine... Sang some songs, cut the cake, gave the present, and then at 10.30pm it was going home time... Needed to be home earlier, as I have a Gastric Scope today...

Went for the scope just now... Was on anestetic for the first time... haha... Now I know how it feels like... Something like fainting... Anyway, found nothing dangerous... Just some inflammation in my stomach... Gave me 2 big packets of medicine... At least they are pills... haha... I HATE SYRUPS!!!

Ok... Gonna book in today cause tomorrow is the stupid NDP rehearsal... AGAIN!!! Like seriously... Haiz... The reserve is completely redundant... Why am I even doing this? Its a complete waste of my time... Like hello, burning my weekends by making me sit at a place so far away I can't even see where the parade is for the whole day doing absolutly NOTHING... Except going to the toilet, packing the stores and eating my lunch... Is like there isn't even sai kang to do cause food is directly served to us...

Besides, I am not even allowed to rehearse... Like for a very stupid reason... Hai... And the people that go for the rehearsals don't even have much benefits, besides not having to do guard duty... But thats because we only have weekend guard duty and our weekends are already burnt... Plus our off becomes the battery's off... So isn't it better off if I don't go for the rehearsal??? It's the same whether or not I go anyway... Maybe next week I should get an MC on saturday... Seriously, I was literally bored to tears for last week's rehearsal... And I can't attend grandma's birthday because of this... F**K Y*U NDP...

Haiz... Gonna book in on saturday AGAIN!!!! Sianz...

Its like cause I need to go for the NDP rehearsal on sunday... Sianz again... And what's the best thing??? I'm on reserve... WOOHOO!!! YEY!!! Like wth... Yes I need to go through all the rehearsals, burn my weekends, and sit there and do nothing most of the time... They'll probably see a mushroom plantation out of nowhere... Plus I won't be on the show... And there is unlimited sai kangs for me, such as buying things for people, bringing the ration, blah blah blah... So, essentially, I'm just there to be a maid... "Yes sir! Coffee, tea or me?" Just that I'll need to do everything but not be on the show...

Besides, I didn't even need to go in the first place... But because they needed a spare gun... Like please... You think the gun or tonner will break down on that day??? And even so, I doubt they would be replacing it anyway... And do you think anyone would fall out??? Like after all the rehearsals and all and fall out on the day when all you need to do is sit on the tonner??? Like please...

Yo people...

Went to the marina barrage with the Robinson's people, Si Zheng, Genthryn, Li Huay, Katherine and Teck Hui yesterday to celebrate Teck's and my birthdays... Reached at around 2.10pm and waitd with Teck for the others...

And we waited tll 2.50pm... Like wth lor... haha... But it was cause they were designing our cakes... Oh well nice designs... Especially for Teck's hahaha... Disaster... Oh wells... Met up and then waitd for the bus to the marina barrage, and the weather was like ultra hot lor... Luckily it became alot cloudier later... Reched the place and started to fly kites... hahaha... Like haven flew a kite since kindergarten or something...

My first kite's string snapped like 30 seconds after it got cut off cause it was entangled with another kite... Like urgh... But after that it was fun flying the second kite... hahaha... Had fun for like 2 hours?? Then its time for cake cutting... But the wind there was like very big, so didn't blow the candles in the end hahaha... My cake was still ok, but Teck's was like.... hmm... haha...

After that, went to Marina Square to have dinner at Cafe Cartel... Second time there in my whole life... Saw this man which is like taking the bread like at intervals of 3 minutes for like 15 minutes... And he purposly chose a seat near to the bread place instead of the one the waitress gave him... Like wth can... Seriously... I mean although the bread is free flow, but shouldn't you consider the others??? Like don't take so many cause if not the others won't have??? Plus he has a blackberry and an iphone... So rich yet so cheapskate??? And he was like "So girl, do you want to go RGS???" Like please... If I were his daughter, I would be so embarrassed can... Hate these kind of people...

Well, went to starbucks after that for some chit chat, then went home... haha... Overall as a fun day... Wee~ haha... Thanks to them for the celebration and the present... HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!

Thanks everyone for all your birthday wishes, and presents too!!!

hahaha... Had a fulfilling birthday today... Went out with Ronald, Eric and Lewis to eat ramen at Central today... After that, went to Chinatown to have my yang zhi gan lu... haha... Then, went to Plaza Singapura to watch Shrek 4... Quite a nice show... But abit boring for me...

After the show, Ronald and Eric had to leave... So Lewis and I went to hang out around town... Walked till around 9pm then had dinner at Bakerzin, as we were stopped by this woman for like 1 hour to do some survey... The service at the Bakerzin Deulux at Wisma was like atroucious... Like the worst service I ever saw... We waited at the doorstep for like 15 minutes before someone actually came and serve us... They just pretend that we were transparent... Like wth...

After being seated, it took them like 15 minutes before someone came to take our orders, and the waitress's mouth was like as if she's hiding gold inside... Cannot open one... Seriously... Even the manager was only abit better... Good thing they don't have feedback forms there... If not they can prepare to red an essay from me already... Like I was so close to making a complaint...

Oh well... But overall was a good day... I am a happy boy today...

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!

Ok and field camp is over for now... 1 down, 3 to go... haiz...

So now I'm down with heat rash on my entire back, an abrasions on my tummy... haiz... And being a feast for mosquitoes for 3 days isn't fun at all... The mosquitoes were like commando mosquitoes... They bit through 2 layers of clothing!!! Like its not even funny... And the weather was like so damn hot like half the battery got heat exhaustion...

Anyway, glad that its over... But we'll be going back to the same place in a week's time... NO!!!!!! Haiz... Well, so I better enjoy while I can... Went to Tao's restaurant at doby with Miki yesterday for dinner... Before that went to my auntie's house to celebrate mother's day... haha... Met Miki at 6.30, then went to Po Mall where the restaurant is... The food's quite nice... But a little on the expensive side.. $38.80 for a seven course meal... But felt it was worth it... After that, walked around then went to the en-frost cafe... Its a shaved ice shop that was on the papers... Quite nice also...

Ok and NYPAW's concert Chronowerkz 2010 is finally over!!! haha...

Met Miki, Hong Ghee, Jiexin, and Edward at Cityhall at 12pm then after that went to Funan to eat lunch... Saw like the Sgts there... Like wth lor... Seriously they were having a seminar there??? haha... After that headed to VCH for practice... Then the Woodgrove people came at around 3pm and combined practice started at around 4pm... Realised that theres only one guy in the entire clarinet section!!! Which is like 1 in 12... haha... Its like OMG can...

Anyway, after practice went Funan to eat again with the same people plus Allan... Then go back for the concert!!! Concert was ok I guess... Was around my expectation... And Eve came!!! Like haven't seen her for 1 year plus??? Or is it 2 years? Anyway, Laoshi and Dr. Goh came too... haha... It was like the most taxing concert I've ever been to... After Pirates of the Carribean, was dyin already... Then it was Machu Picchu... Like 3/4 through the song no more embrouchure... haha... Only blowing air but no sound... But then didn't really practiced the piece so most parts also just anyhow play... haha...

haiz... I'm like ultra underpracticed... Most pieces were like ok anyhow play haha... Plus I'm sick!!!! Playing in a concert while being sick is like the worst... haiz...

Oh wells... After the concert, went to Macdonald's with Sarah and gang... Then after that go home haha... Well, thanks to everyone who came to support!!! I'll be looking forward to June 4 for the NYP concert!!! haha...

Went to have breakfast with Lewis in the morning at Tampines yesterday... Ate at Delifrance... it was like the worst lasagna I've ever eaten in my life... Seriously... Never eat the lasagna in Delifrance... Sucks to the core...

Anyway, walked around then went for alumni band... Nothing much happened excep that I was told that today was Audrey's birthday celebration... Miki and Jason were like "Desmond are you going to Audrey's birthday?" I was like huh??? I wasn't even told... Well still got pulled there in the end... Although I was dressed like not within the theme and damn lok kok... So went to tampines again waith Miki, Hong Ghee, Benny and Marcus to get Audrey's birthday present... Haha... All the random jokes... Got her a Charles and Keith bag... Looks nice...

After getting the preset, went to her chalet... There were like ultra mny cars and we needed like 15 minutes jus to get to the carpark... AND ITS FULL!!!! haha... But thanks to Miki's mini sized car, we managed to park somehow... By the time we reached the chalet was like around 8.30pm already... We were famished... haha... So ate like pigs and then talked abit with Zhao Zhi and the others... Haven seen them in ages... Like Alvin and Jerold... Saw Alan too hahaha... Missing the poly days...

Then went prawning with Wu Lieh, Lewis, Eric and Ronald today... haha... Didn't know prawning is so fun... I always thought it is like a very sian thing... But turns out it was quite fun... At first was like quite scared of the prawns when I caught my first prawn... Cause they have like pincers on them... Though I didn't get kiaped by them... But heard its quite painful... Didn't know prawns have pincers...

So after catching them have to like pull them out... Then after that take out the hook frm the mouth... Which is quite hard I must say... Cause I took like the whole day to get the hang of it... haha... Anyway, was quite lucky today, cause my hook actually caught 1 prawn on its tail and I actually caught it... haha... Like when I took it out of the water I was wondering how come it came out upside down... I thought it got entangled in the line at first... But turned out cause the hook was on its tail... haha... Then second time was the hook caught the head instead of the mouth... So is like it swim swim then the head got hooked... haha...

Anyway, had much fun... Then after that I caught the damn big prawn... Its like the biggest catch of the day between the 5 of us... haha... I Was like "Eh how to get it out of the hook... Lewis I think I need your help." Then Lewis was like "Huh... So big is also don't know how leh..." hahaha... Well eventually got it out... And its in my stomach now... hahaha...

After all the catching was the time for bbq... haha... Had to wash the prawns then after that poke the satay stick through them before bbqing... Didn't dare to poke the prawns cause some still had their pincers on... Found out that theres a way to take out the hook without getting kiaped by the pincers... Then after that put some salt and its time to bbq... Had like 1 big plate lor... hahaha... Cannot finish seh... In the end threw some away and fed some t the kittens there... The kittens are like ultra cute lor... hahaha...

After that's home sweet home... Haiz... And its my last holiday... So sian... Gotta book in again tomorrow... Oh wells... At least its just 2 days this week... And my pay is coming soon!!! WOOHOO!!!! Saturday... I'm so looking forward for you... Wee~

Yoz... Ok I think the blog is getting kinda boring... With me always complaining about booking in... So, I shall make a more normal blog post...

Went to Miki's house for a sushi party with Jiexin, Alvin, Zhao Zhi, Hong Ghee, Edward and Allan yesterday... Went to Junction 8 to meet Allan and all at around 5.50pm... But he was late... Like whats new... Went to walk around J8... Waited until around 6.15pm then saw Edward coming out or the MRT station... So went to the bus interchange to wait for the others... Waited till around 7pm then they reached... -.- Make me wait for more than 1 hour lor...

Anyway, bused to Miki's house and Jiexin was there already... Craped abit then went to eat... There was like alot of things lah... Never eat like that before... Is like there's alot of things on the table like seaweed, salmon, tuna, vegetables, pickles and all and then u make your own sushi... Quite fun... After that saw Final Fantasy 13 on the PS3... The graphics was like WOW!!!! Its damn nice... Too bad I don't have a PS3... haha... No $$$... Haiz...

Then saw Lao Shi's last Sinfonia with us.... Memories... Saw Saigon and Chess... haha... Miss his conducting... Feeling the music... It's an important skill for all musicians... Then after that was time to go home... Took train with Edward home...

Hey People... HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Haha... 2009 is over and 2010 is here... Many things have happened in 2009 though... Graduation from NYP, Holland trip, and of course enlistment to name the more important events... Memorable things though... Anyway, I would like to thank all who have helped me in one way or another during the past year... :)

Well, coming to 2010... I don't have any new year resolutions though... Haha... Don't have a habit of making one... But I do hope that this year would be a good year, and that I'll smoothly pass through NS and finally go to university... Though I'll most probably die there first... haha...

Ok POP or GP was over yesterday... Finally all the 3 months of BMT is over... All the PT, AGR, 3060, field camp, SIT test, hand grenade etc etc... But then after 10 days will be back again... Haiz... Hope I get posted to a not xiong unit... haha...

Anyway, I guess I'm gonna miss my platoon mates and my bunk, and probably the commanders... haha... All the shits that we have gone through together... Too bad wasn't able to take pictures with them after the GP...

In another 2 weeks, I'll be POP-ing... YES!!!! I just hope these 2 weeks pass quickly... Then block leave here I come!!!! haha...

Anyway, I'm asked to go for the audition for the SAF band coming Tuesday... Kind of in a dilemma... (Pardon the spelling... I became stupid after enlisting...) Anyhow, yea I'm kinda stuck between to go or not to go... I mean I'll probably fail the audition anyway... I mean with Malcolm there? Are you kidding me? Besides I haven't even touched a reed for around than 3 months... And I usually kinda die after not practicing for 1 month? And I heard its about sight reading... Like please thats my achilles heel...

So yeah... But I still feel like giving it a go... So its like stuck between should I go and embarrass myself... Haiz... Why must I still face these kind of things in NS? Alright... SIT test wasn't that bad afterall.. haha...

Yo people...

Booking in later... Haiz... Sian... Stupid RT made me only book out on saturday...

Anyway, heard I'll need to re-sit test with Ninja... Haiz... Gonna DIE!!! In case you didn't know, Ninja is the most xiong company in school 2... Which means I'll just get screwed upside down... Hope I survive this hell for 3 days...

Didn't take the SIT test with my coy cause I kinda died after the 12km route march... Suffered from physical exhaustion... It was the ultimate... I was to giddy I couldn't even stand... So in the end the medic sent me back to the MO... Stayed in the sick bay for 24 hours...

So I marched 12km for nothing... So stupid lor... And to qualify to take SIT test you have to march at least 8km before that... Meaning I'll have to march again... Haiz... At least I won;t have to redo the 12km another time... Hope I can fall out after 8km during the re...

And also heard the re-SIT test will be nxt weekend... So it probably means that I won't be able to book out next week... I mean knowing how my OC is... I wouldn't carry hopes of booking out if its really on the weekends... Haiz...

So I'll just conclude that its gonna be a really really really shitty week for me if its true... Haiz...

Hey people...

Finally finished my field camp... I must say it isn't as bad as what I've imagined... But it was still bad... I seriously hate the lbv and helmet... Caused me to have heat exhaustion for like a trillion times... In the end, needed to drip 3 times... Haiz...

Anyway, I'm left with 5 more weeks to go... Woohoo... Thats like 38 more days before passing out... YES!!! I hope they can place me in a more relaxed unit after POP... Police perhaps??? I would be more than glad... hahaha...

Next week would be SIT test... Haiz... Another 3 more days outfield... Oh well... At least this is only 3 days... And we don;t have to dig the stupid shellscrape which nearly cost me my life... But heard that we'll be grouped with different platoons... Oh well... Hope everything will turn out ok... If not then just die... haha... This would be the second last high key event already... hahaha... YES!!!

Went to watch This Is It with the mao mao cong and his brother just now... Its like damn cool... haha... I think everyone that likes Michael Jackson should go watch it... You'll love it... haha...

Well... Field camp is like next week... And I'm dreading it... Like worse than how I dreaded the starting of NS... Heard from my OC it's going to be a very tough one... Means I'll just die... I just hope I don't get any confinements, guard duty or other whatsoever rubbish punishments after the stupid camp... Haiz... 6 days inside jungle to get tekan by commanders shagged and all... It's gonna be HELL....

Hey people... I AM BACK!!!! hahaha... Anyway, Selamat Hari Raya!!! hahaha...

Ok good thing my confinement wasn't a whole two weeks... I was saved by Hari Raya... 10 days felt like eternity there.... I never felt 10 days was such a long time in my entire life.... It was nearly claustrophobic... Literally... Knowing that you are trapped in a small island and there's nothing you can do about it... Basically its like prison....

But the food there was ok for me... Was quite contrary to what other people told me... But some days it was really shitty... Overall was quite alright food wise...

Haiz... There's like another 11 weeks more to go before I bid Tekong goodbye for good... Just thinking about it is depressing... Oh well...

Anyway, saw this topic about how you rate your friends and place trust in them in one of my friend's blog... I think its an interesting topic... And recent events have urged me to give my 2 cents worth...

Firstly lets talk about rating of friends... I think everyone have a different approach to rating their friends... Some people observe others behavior, while other might set a battery of qualifying tests to rate if a person can be their friend...

For me, I think one quality that is important in a person is not to pass judgement too fast and be stereotypical... I place alot of emphasis on this, and this I think takes up quite a big portion of the basis that I rate my friends on... I feel that it is important to be able to keep an open mind, and not discriminate and be too fast to judge... I also despise people who are stereotypical, and only think that a person must act in a certain way...

I believe everyone have a different set of principles that they live by... Just like different societies can accept different types of acts... For example, in a tribal society, it may be seen as normal to be a cannibal... However such acts will be outlawed in a mordern society... So does that mean a tribesman that practices cannibalism must be punished, and should not be allowed to live? In the mordern society yes, but in a tribal setting no... Thus, there is never a complete right or wrong answer to any subjects... And what you think should not be used to judge a person...

Laws and etiquettes are all set by humans... Set by individuals... So does that mean to kill is a death crime? If that is so... Then shouldn't all top ranking predators be dead by now? If so, why is it legal for us to kill other animals, but illegal to kill a person... Is not a person the product of earth as well as the animals? Therefore, everyone only lives by their own believes and values... And these are taught by ancestors of the society you come from... If you are not born in this society, but in a tribe that practices cannibalism... Would you still think cannibalism is a mortal sin? The answer is of cause no...

I think this is why we should keep an open mind to other people's believes and behavior... Must a woman who dresses skimply be a whore, or a slut? Must a prostitute be a woman of loose values? Alot of times, we judge a person by just looking at the way they dress, or they way they behave... However, have we given these people a chance? Do we really understand them? Do we ask, "Why are they behaving like that?". I believe the answer is no most of the time...

This metality often gives rise to discrimination, racism, elitism, and others... Therefore, I truely despise people who are sterotypical and are too quick to judge... So must a guy that is effeminate be gay? Isn't this a stereotypical and narrow view of how a person should behave... So must a guy play football, scold vulgarities, be insensitive, have big muscles, and be aggressive to be considered straight? Or must a woman be sensitive, wear dresses and skirt everyday, have long hair, not play contact sports, and pay attention to their looks to be straight? So an effeminate guy will never be able to do what "macho" guys are able to do?

I think this is totally absurd and ridiculous... Just because a guy is more feminine and a woman is more musculine does not make them a gay or a butch... So what if a guy is into fashion and takes good care of their looks... So what if a woman like sports and dresses in a more boyish way... So these people must be homosexuals by stereotypical standards... But of course this is not the case... Macho gus are macho because they train to be macho... If an effeminate guy trains everyday in the gym, he can be macho too... Women that are graceful are trained to become graceful... If a musculine woman wants to be graceful, she can be graceful too... Therefore, such people who passes judgement by their own stereotypical and narrow views are the most despised people in my standards...

As for how I place trust in people... I used to give my trust to people quite freely... If you are my friend... You have my trust... But, I've learnt that this is not a good practice in a hard way... It took me 7 years to get this... So now, my trust is only given to very selected handfull of people... As to how I rate a person to give my trust, I think it is a very complicated process... In fact I still don't quite understand it myself too...

Anyway, the above is just my own opinions... May not apply to any others...

Anyway, went to Teo Heng with Genthryn, Si Zheng, Teck Hui, Li Huay, Katherine and Justin on saturday... Haha... Sang from 2pm to 7pm haha... Like didn't know most of the songs... Mostly sit there and listen to poeple sing and watch MV... :P

Then actually wanted to go and watch Final Dstination... But when we reached Tampines was like already 8pm+? So didn't watch haha... At first wanted to go Carls Jr to eat dinner... But then there was not enough space... Seems like there is always these inconsiderate people that likes to take the table for 6 people when there are only 2 of them... Like please... You are not the only people eating there... Can like please be more considerate and move to tables with the number of seats needed for you?

Especially those who only have 2 people but take 6 people table somemore is sit there and chit chat only... HELLO!!!! This is a restaurant... Its a place for people to have their meals... Not sit and chit chat... See got not enough space still got face to stick your big fat butts on the chair and chit chat... I mean some people really need some primary school lessons and some spanking on their butts... If you wanna sit and chit chat then go to starbucks or something lah... The world is becoming such a bad place because of these kind of people...

Haiz... Hope that I can enjoy my last 10 days in civilization to the fullest... Oh well...

Hi people... Blogger is being weird today... haha... Everything is going haywire for some reasons... Facebook was weird for quite awhile too... Oh well...

Just finished my job at the national library sales at expo... Was tiring... Got to know some people like Kelvin and Zhong Ming... haha... Hope no names are spelled wrongly... :x

It was tiring cause people buy like a trillion books as if its free like that lor... Then have to help them pack cause I am the packer mah... Like pack until hands pain... When I bathe my fingertips are like yelling PAIN!!!!

Especially the second day I worked cause halfway through was asked to do replenisher job... Like wth can... So have to help them open the boxes of books and arrange in the wagons... And then when outside the books on one wagon finish have to pull the new wagons filled with books out to replace the empty wagon... Oh and the wagons were the exact same ones we used for Robinson's sales hahaha... Still got the price tags sticked on the wood lor... -.- Yar... So is like after zipping all the cable ties have to slot books until fingers like don't know what like that lor...

First day was told to do store helper... So kinda know how to do all the arranging and stuff... Cause that was what I did for the set up... So in the end the person in-charge of the replenishers kind of know me... Then everytime packers need to help... Which is like at the end of everyday... Cause need to sort out the books... He'll like ask me to in-carge lor... Like -.-... The worst was on the last day... Cause they were moving the categorised wagons to another place... Then cause I know the layout... Then suddenly I sense like everyone staring at me lor... Suddenly I become everyone's gong di... Haiz...

Anyway was kinda fun... But I won't ever work for the NLB sales anymore... Is like ultimate sai kang... Is bu shi ren zuo de lor...

Ok... Quite sometime since I last updated... haha... And people's making noise... So I better update...

Anyway, after coming back I fell sick... Like had flu... hahaha... Suspected that I had H1N1... But then the symptoms were not that serious... So should be not lah... Cause I didn't go to the doctor also... hahaha... Oops...

Went out with Constance and Eileen to Ion Orchard one week after coming back... Went to watch Ice Age 3 at cineleisure, then went to walk around at Ion... Found it quite boring though, and abit messy... I hate messy places... Heard that H&M was going to open a branch there... But didn't see it anywhere... Its not even in the directory lor... So I think its fake... Well... Walked till dinner time and we had a hard time deciding what to have for dinner... As usual... In the end went to this place called Canton i... The food was quite nice... Don't mind going again... But its abit expensive though... Our bill came up to around $75 haha...

Went out with the Robinson's people to buy present for Genthryn and Katherine and celebrated their birthday... And guess where we went??? Ion Orchard... AGAIN!!!! Both to get their presents and celebrate their birthday... Haiz... I am getting sick of that place... hahaha... Got Genthryn the New Moon book she wanted at Popular... haha... Didn't know what to get for Katherine... Cause ther personality is abit weird... So in the end went to Takashimaya's toy shop where they got Teck Hui's present... And the name was "The Better Toy Shop" and right beside it was "The Better Gift Shop"... hahaha... Like wth can...

Had fun choosing the gifts cause the toy shop was fun... Like so many nice toys... A good place to get presents... Then a few days after celebrated their birthdays... I think its the most quiet birthday celebration I've ever been to... haha... The only fun part was seeing Katherine blowing out the relighting candles... hahaha... Oh yar... We got her something like a music box... Its those things that when you turn a handle then a music will start playing... Had fun though I had to wrok that day also... Haiz...

Well... Finished my job as the redemtion counter person for the HDB promotion at Woodlands Mart on National Day... haha... Didn't get to watch the NDP cause of that lor... Oh wells... Went to Denise's chalet after work and reached at like 8pm plus... haha... Got lost while going cause everything looks the same at night... And its at aloha loyang and I had to walk from Downtown East, and its the first time I went there... So yar...

Tonned overnight and gossiped with the others... Was playing games until something creepy happened that creeped us out... All because of Benny lor... Suggust this kind of thing... hahahaha...

Started a new job at the Singapore Games, Toys and Comic Convention at suntec on 14 aug with Li Huay, Teck Hui and Genthryn... Was posted to the booth for Play Imginative... Learnt alot of stuff about the toys and designers and got some autographs too... hahaha...

I AM BACK IN SINGAPORE!!!! Holland was great!!!

Reached Amsterdam on the 20th of July. The weather there is like cool... haha... When the wind blows its like damn shiok can... Summer like our aircon room like that... Wear jacket and run also won't perspire lor... Took a 4 hours bus ride to Kerkrade, and stayed in a hostel which is some primary school that they converted into a hostel... The beds were kind of gross... Its hard, and the pillows were just pieces of sponge, which we found out when we took out the sheets on the last day... The baths were common baths... So everyone had to bathe together... Like -.- can... Its divided into 2 parts... There is one compartment for us to take out the clothes, and then another compartment to bathe wih like 5 showers and no partition at all...

Anyway, after we reached, went to practice at some bar... haha... Throughout the trip, we only practiced in bars... Like wth can... haha... But on the first day, due to jet lag everyone was sleeping during the practice... haha... It was like 12mn in Singapore when we started practicing... haha... So hardworking right... After that, went back to the hostel to bathe and sleep... During the 7 days at Kekerade, we had like ham and bread for breakfast and lunch... Only dinner is like rice and meat and stuff... I think I ate more ham there than I would have in a whole year in Singapore can... Oh and the food there are like ultra salty... But I like... haha... Salty stuff rocks...

Then came WMC... We were the first band for that day... 25 July 2009, 10am... Was like damn nervous can... Somemore sitting outside... So went to Rodahal and played... Then after that was free time until the announcement of the results... So we took a train to Herlen, which is the main street, cause Kerkrade is just a small town, and there is nothing much there... Went to shop... Looked in H&M... The H&M in Holland is like disappointing, cause there is nothing nice you can find there... And I can fit into their kids clothes... Like wth can... hahaha...

Then, went back to Rodahal for the announcement of results... Got 83.67%... Which is beter than what we expected... haha... The top band has like 97%... Anyway its gold standard already... Cause they changed the rules this year, we do not get an award... If not we would have gotten gold... Haiz... So sad...

Went to Amsterdam the next day... Throughout the 3 days in Amsterdam we had Chinese food in like various Chinese restaurants... They all serve the same thing and all cannot make it... haha... Its lke very gross... Only the dinner on the 2nd last day was decent... Stayed in a hotel there... FINALLY HAVD MY OWN BATHROOM!!!!! But the rooms are quite small, and its quite stuffy if there is no wind blowing into the room... Anyway, went to look around Amsterdam on the first day there... Went to the Van Gough Museum and the Canal Tour... The next day was mostly free and easy, other than going to see the place where they made wooden clogs... So went shopping... Actually wanted to go to H&M and Zara to look for clothes to buy... But in the end couldn't find them... So just walked around and shop for souvenirs...

The third day in Amsterdam is the last day for the whole trip... Checked out from the hotel at 11am... Then went to the Sex Museum after lunch... It showed like the history of porn, and others... Abit -.-... haha... Then after that went to look for H&M and Zara... In the end couldn't find H&M cause there wasn't enough time already... So just bought like things from River Island and Zara... The price isn't that different from Singapore... Maybe just cheaper by abit... But its almost the same... Then after that, went to the airport and fly back to Singapore...
